Connect to nature, slow down & treat your body with gentle loving care.

Join us for Cacao & Yoga outdoors on the lawn at Nagu Oak Tree Café. Facilitated by Nicole Flora Cramer, experienced Yoga Teacher & founder of Rakas Kakaw - a small, earth-loving & ethical start-up importing Mayan Ceremonial Cacao directly to Finland from indigenous collectives in Guatemala.

Please reserve in advance, if you are sure you would like to attend.

Drop-ins must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the program - in order to give Nicole enough time to prepare additional doses of ceremonial cacao.

If you choose to have ceremonial cacao with us, please:

(1) refrain from drinking alcohol on the day of the event

(2) limit caffeine intake on the day of the event & have your last coffee at least 2 hours before we start

(2) make sure to arrive hydrated -- drinking water before just yoga is also highly recommended

(3) do not eat right before the program starts & if you need to eat right before, choose something light & easy to digest -- like fruits & vegetables, teas or smoothies

(4) avoid dairy products, if possible, the day of the event -- that way you can get the most health benefits from drinking this medicinal superfood
