Shipping fees for home delivery in Finland start at 5,90€. After submitting the order form we will send you an invoice via email, once paid we will ship your order.
Please keep in mind that we are a small start-up business. We currently ship up to two times per week. If your would like express delivery, please let us know in your message.
Exchange and refund policy:​

Variations in the appearance of cacao blocks is completely normal, since they are made without chemical stabilizers.

No exchange or refund on opened cacao packages unless they are faulty.

Closed packages can be exchanged or returned within 14 days.

We do not refund shipping fees.
