The Circles & Warm-Up are led by Rakas Kakaw Founder, Nicole Flora Cramer, a yoga teacher and ceremonial cacao educator with a passion for creating safe spaces for healing. The music is selected & played by Lauri Ovaska, aka DJ Laku, a professional chef and amateur DJ with a deep love for food and a lifelong passion for music.
Consuming ceremonial cacao helps us return to the spiritual essence at the core of our human experience. The intention of drinking cacao together, in a sacred circle, before we dance - is to allow us to deepen our connection with the earth and with our sacred selves. Beginning…
